Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient observations
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments following infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Support nursing staff with administrative tasks and documentation
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in KY or OH state
- Minimum 6 months of recent healthcare experience
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and drug screening
