Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) to residents
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Document resident care accurately and timely
- Support meal service and nutritional needs
- Perform light housekeeping duties in resident areas
- Participate in care planning meetings
Qualifications
- Current Ohio CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months CNA experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Reliable transportation to multiple locations
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
