Responsibilities
- Delight residents with personalized care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs with precision using our digital health records system
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Create engaging social activities to enhance resident wellbeing
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Maintain clean, safe environments through strict infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of long-term care experience
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional communication skills with empathy-driven approach
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
