Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and transfer residents safely
- Document care activities accurately in medical records
- Support residents with nutritional needs and meal assistance
- Maintain clean and sanitized living environments
- Comply with healthcare regulations and facility policies
Qualifications
- Active Nevada CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
