Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, personalized care to patients in home or facility settings, including assistance with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living).
- Monitor vital signs and document patient health status through our secure remote portal.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams via telehealth platforms for care coordination.
- Implement care plans with flexibility to accommodate patient needs and personal schedules.
- Complete documentation and reporting remotely using our HIPAA-compliant digital systems.
- Participate in virtual training and continuing education programs.
- Ensure compliance with Ohio healthcare regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification in good standing.
- Minimum 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
- Reliable internet access for remote documentation tasks.
