Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Monitor and document vital signs and health changes
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Support residents with mobility and transfers
- Coordinate social activities to enhance well-being
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Nevada State CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year senior care experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Clear background check and TB test
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
