Responsibilities

- Submit clean claims to insurance companies and government payers
- Follow up on claim denials and rejections for timely resolution
- Verify patient eligibility and benefits coverage
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Generate aging reports and accounts receivable analyses
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding billing inquiries
Qualifications
- 2+ years of medical billing experience in a clinical setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
