Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records
- Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and respond appropriately to emergency situations
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN license in good standing
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience in acute care or ambulatory setting
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment abilities
- Excellent communication skills and cultural competency
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
