Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in medical/surgical units with focus on assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records with precision
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona RN license (compact license accepted)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
