Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute/critical care settings with precision and compassion
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and treatment protocols
- Monitor and maintain patient safety standards and infection control protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Colorado (or compact license)
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience in relevant specialty
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; TNCC or PALS preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in electronic medical documentation systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
