Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to interventions with accurate documentation
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care protocols
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development
Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN license with unrestricted practice privileges
- ACLS/BLS certifications required; specialty certifications preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in relevant specialty
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to cover varied shifts including weekends and holidays
