Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in acute care settings with precision and compassion
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with meticulous attention to detail
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Respond efficiently to emergency situations and critical incidents
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Illinois
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong proficiency in electronic health record systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
