Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
- Administer medications and treatments accurately with proper documentation
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge procedures
- Maintain accurate medical records using EHR systems
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience (acute care preferred)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
