Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in medical-surgical units with precision and empathy
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor and document patient vitals and clinical progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management strategies
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Adhere to infection control and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (current and unencumbered)
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
