Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute or long-term care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and OSHA regulations
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Respond to emergency situations with clinical competence
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee or New York
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
