Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse medical units with adaptability to changing needs
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to critical changes in condition
- Utilize advanced electronic health record systems for seamless care coordination

Qualifications
- Valid NYS Registered Nurse license (RN) with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care setting
- ACLS/BLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Exceptional communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues
- Flexibility to work across multiple units as needed
