Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based patient care in accordance with established protocols
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Support new staff through mentorship and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona (or compact state eligibility)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
