Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient assessments and care coordination across virtual and in-person settings
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols with precision
- Document clinical encounters accurately in our EHR system during remote shifts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations in all digital interactions
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Support patient education through secure telehealth platforms
Qualifications
- Active Washington RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care or telehealth
- BLS/CPR certification with willingness to obtain additional credentials
- Proficiency with telehealth technology and EHR systems
- Exceptional communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends
- Strong problem-solving skills in remote care environments
