Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, documenting all interventions
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to develop care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate medical records using our advanced EHR system
- Adhere to infection control and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Active Nevada RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
