Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
- Assess patient health conditions and develop individualized care plans

Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (Arizona or multi-state compact)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (acute care preferred)
- BLS certification; ACLS/PALS certifications a plus
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
