Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in med-surg units with 4-6 patient ratios
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans in Epic EHR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care coordination
- Maintain strict infection control protocols and safety standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education
- Handle emergency situations with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (compact license preferred)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years clinical experience in acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong proficiency with electronic health records
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
