Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care, long-term, or specialty settings
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies with precision
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care coordination
- Educate patients/families on discharge plans and preventive care
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
- Respond efficiently to emergency situations with critical thinking
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- Associates or BSN degree from accredited institution
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong assessment and medication administration skills
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/Cerner experience a plus)
- Ability to work 12-24 hour shifts with flexible availability
