Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and clinical protocols
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions with meticulous attention to detail
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions safely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and discharge plans
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all regulatory standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active California RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
