Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive virtual nursing assessments and patient consultations via telehealth platform
- Coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teams for chronic disease management
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses remotely using digital tools
- Educate patients on health conditions, treatments, and self-care management
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with on-site staff for complex patient cases requiring intervention
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and data security protocols
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- BLS certification and telehealth training/certification preferred
- Proficient in EHR systems and telehealth technology
- Strong critical thinking and remote assessment skills
- Exceptional communication abilities for virtual patient interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
- Experience with chronic disease management preferred
