Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, and treatment coordination
- Utilize telehealth platforms for remote patient monitoring and virtual consultations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Provide patient education on health conditions and treatment protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license (or compact license with WA residency)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care or telehealth
- BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred
- Proficiency with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and telehealth technology
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible scheduling
