Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care across Cincinnati-area medical facilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and document patient vitals and progress
- Ensure strict compliance with JCAHO and OSHA standards
- Adapt quickly to diverse electronic health record systems
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio
- 1+ years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Flexibility to work 12-24 hour shifts
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license for facility travel
- Positive references from past supervisors
