Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via telehealth platforms to determine medical urgency
- Provide evidence-based clinical guidance to patients and families
- Collaborate with physicians to coordinate patient care pathways
- Document all interactions in EMR systems with 100% accuracy
- Manage high-volume call queues during peak hours
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Current California RN license (required)
- 3+ years clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth or urgent care background preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EMR systems
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
