Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Manage inventory control and pharmaceutical supply ordering
- Process insurance claims and maintain electronic health records
- Provide exceptional customer service and medication counseling
- Ensure strict compliance with DEA, FDA, and state pharmacy regulations
- Maintain clean, organized, and HIPAA-compliant workspace
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma Pharmacy Technician license
- Prior retail or hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate pharmacy software systems (e.g., QS/1, Omnicell)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
