Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and restocking pharmaceuticals
- Process insurance claims and maintain patient records
- Provide exceptional customer service and medication counseling
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety protocols
- Operate automated dispensing systems and pharmacy software
- Assist with immunizations and health screenings
Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician license in Washington State
- 1+ years of retail pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy software and automated dispensing systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with precise medication handling abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for prescription calculations
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain
