Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Manage inventory of pharmaceutical supplies using provided automation systems
- Process insurance claims and maintain patient records via our digital platform
- Operate compounding equipment and sterile preparation tools
- Provide exceptional customer service and medication counseling
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and pharmacy board regulations
Qualifications
- Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license (PTCB or ExCPT certified)
- 1+ years retail pharmacy experience
- Proficiency with pharmacy management software (e.g., QS1, Omnicell)
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of sterile compounding techniques
