Responsibilities
- Prepare and package prescription medications for patients accurately.
- Assist pharmacists with the dispensing process and medication verification.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking pharmaceutical supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer patient inquiries regarding prescriptions.
- Enter patient information into the pharmacy management system efficiently.
Qualifications
- Current Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB or ExCPT) is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication handling.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- High school diploma or GED required.
