Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood draws across diverse patient demographics
- Process and label specimens following strict laboratory protocols
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control standards
- Verify patient identification and prepare lab requisitions
- Operate centrifuges and point-of-care testing equipment
- Document procedures accurately in electronic health records

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP or equivalent)
- 1+ years of clinical blood draw experience
- OSHA and HIPAA compliance knowledge
- Excellent venipuncture skills for challenging vascular access
- Strong attention to detail and specimen handling
- Valid Nebraska healthcare provider CPR certification
