Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws using company-provided equipment
- Process and label specimens with precision and accuracy
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control protocols
- Verify patient identities and prepare samples for laboratory analysis
- Document procedures and maintain electronic health records
- Provide patient education and emotional support during procedures

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NHA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical phlebotomy experience
- Proficiency in venipuncture and capillary collection techniques
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and OSHA regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington State phlebotomy license
