Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture, capillary draws, and specimen collection following strict protocols
- Operate and maintain advanced phlebotomy equipment including automated analyzers
- Ensure proper specimen labeling, handling, and chain-of-custody documentation
- Deliver exceptional patient care with focus on comfort and anxiety reduction
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and OSHA safety standards at all times

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP or equivalent)
