Responsibilities
- Perform venipunctures and capillary punctures with precision
- Process and label specimens according to lab protocols
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with OSHA/HIPAA regulations
- Provide compassionate patient care during procedures
- Assist with inventory management and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with healthcare team for seamless patient experience
Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy certification (ASCP, NHA, or equivalent)
- 1+ years clinical experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
- Basic computer proficiency
- CPR certification required
