Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws following strict safety protocols
- Process and label specimens accurately for laboratory testing
- Maintain patient records with precise documentation
- Operate centrifuges and automated testing equipment
- Ensure proper specimen storage and transport conditions

Qualifications
- Current NJ Phlebotomy Technician certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification from recognized provider
