Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws across diverse patient demographics
- Process and label specimens with 100% accuracy for laboratory testing
- Maintain sterile equipment and adhere to OSHA/CLIA compliance standards
- Provide patient education and comfort during procedures
- Manage electronic health records and specimen tracking systems

Qualifications
- Active NJ Phlebotomy Technician certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in phlebotomy
- BLS/CPR certification from recognized provider
- Proficiency in specimen processing and handling
