Responsibilities
- Perform venipunctures and capillary blood draws accurately and efficiently.
- Verify patient identity and explain procedures to ensure patient comfort and understanding.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols (OSHA standards).
- Log patient data and specimen information into Electronic Health Records (EHR) accurately.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff and medical providers to ensure seamless patient flow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
