Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood collections following strict protocols
- Process and handle specimens with precision to maintain integrity
- Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and specimen storage procedures

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NHA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a fast-paced environment
- Valid CPR certification
- Excellent venipuncture skills with minimal callbacks
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available for flexible scheduling including weekends
