Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to elderly clients
- Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming) using dignified care techniques
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Manage medication schedules and health documentation
- Transport clients to appointments and social engagements
- Coordinate with families and healthcare providers
- Maintain safe, clean home environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical care tasks
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
