Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Autonomous Agent frameworks capable of complex, multi-step reasoning.
- Design and optimize MLOps pipelines for real-time model inference and continuous learning.
- Lead the integration of Vector Databases and RAG architectures to enhance semantic understanding.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate abstract AI concepts into tangible user experiences.
- Establish best practices for Ethical AI, transparency, and bias mitigation in autonomous systems.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor a team of talented ML engineers.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Software Engineering.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Prompt Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with distributed systems, containerization (Docker/K8s), and high-performance computing.
- Strong understanding of Reinforcement Learning and Agent-based simulation.
