Responsibilities
- Architecting the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI frameworks designed for the specific challenges of the mid-2026 era.
- Model Optimization: Lead research into efficient neural network architectures, focusing on energy efficiency and reduced inference latency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product teams, data scientists, and engineering leads to translate complex 2026 visions into deployable code.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in automated decision-making.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for next-gen AI integrations.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Futuristic Expertise: Demonstrated experience with LLMs, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and Generative AI models.
- Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams and driving technical strategy.
