In this high-impact role, you will spearhead the architectural design of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-agent workflows. You will be responsible for ensuring our systems are not only scalable and secure but also capable of operating at the forefront of human-AI collaboration by the target date of 2026.

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable LLM infrastructure designed to meet the demands of 2026.
- Lead a team of ML engineers in researching and deploying cutting-edge reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Define the technical roadmap for our transition towards autonomous AI agents.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into robust engineering solutions.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical compliance across all generative models.
- Mentor senior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and model governance.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of NLP, transformer architectures, and multimodal AI.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to stakeholders.
