Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical strategy and architectural vision for our core AI platforms, focusing on Generative AI, Agentic workflows, and advanced NLP.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives to prototype and validate cutting-edge AI models, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends.
- System Design: Design resilient, distributed systems capable of handling massive scale and real-time inference requirements.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-level executives and product managers to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in advanced AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Infrastructure: Strong background in cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for ethical AI development.
