Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of large-scale AI systems, focusing on high availability and fault tolerance.
- Research & Development: Lead the exploration of emerging AI paradigms, including Transformer models and Quantum AI algorithms.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure to align with business goals and 2026 vision.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Model Optimization: Optimize deep learning models for performance, speed, and energy efficiency on diverse hardware architectures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to integrate AI seamlessly into our ecosystem.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior or leadership role focused on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust. Proven experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Advanced Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, and distributed systems.
- Quantum Computing: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) is a significant plus.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical challenges and make architectural trade-offs under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
