Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI systems targeting deployment by 2026.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data pipeline architecture to model fine-tuning and evaluation.
- Implement rigorous safety and alignment protocols to ensure model reliability and mitigate hallucinations.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to the global open-source community.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex research into scalable, production-ready AI features.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, privacy, and regulatory compliance in emerging markets.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Reinforcement Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face ecosystems.
- Proven track record of deploying complex AI models to high-traffic production environments.
- Strong understanding of vector databases, RAG architectures, and transformer-based models.
- Experience in leading research teams and mentoring junior engineers and data scientists.
