Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI research strategy for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Design and implement cutting-edge neural network architectures to solve complex, unsolved problems.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and data scientists to translate research into production-ready features.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 5+ years of experience in research and development within the machine learning space.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of deep learning principles, including Transformers, GANs, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or patents.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
