Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of cutting-edge LLMs and generative models tailored for enterprise-scale applications.
- Drive research initiatives focused on multimodal AI, reinforcement learning, and explainable AI (XAI) frameworks.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, safety, and bias mitigation across all research projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex research into deployable, high-performance software solutions.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to the global AI community to maintain thought leadership.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML research and development, with a proven track record of leading significant projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model architecture.
- Experience in publishing peer-reviewed research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
