- Technical Leadership: Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Neural Interfaces) and integrate them into our core infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation Incubation: Lead R&D initiatives focused on next-gen AI applications and predictive modeling strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Future Tech Outlook: Demonstrated ability to anticipate trends in AI evolution, specifically regarding AGI safety and scalable neural networks.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
