Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Solutions: Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms tailored for NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices and hybrid cloud environments.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical strategy for AI evolution, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge through 2026 and beyond.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate quantum capabilities into mainstream applications.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct deep research into emerging quantum physics applications, benchmark hardware performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture with a strong portfolio of scalable system designs.
